Taylor Swift claimed she felt “distressed” and “violated” after a radio DJ allegedly lifted her dress and grabbed her backside during a 2013 meet-and-greet, according to a transcript of her testimony.
The popstar claimed in a July 26 deposition that she was certain former Denver on-air personality David Mueller intentionally groped her three years ago while they were taking a photo together, according to documents obtained byBillboard.
“Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my a– cheek and no matter how much I scooted over it was still there,” the transcript of Swift’s videotaped testimony reportedly reads.
“It was completely intentional, I’ve never been so sure of anything in my life.”
Mueller, who used to work at KYGO radio, sued Swift last year based on claims that her accusations against him were false and that they caused him to lose his job.
Swift, 26, later filed a countersuit, asserting that the incident did indeed take place.
